Please note that clinical queries cannot be addressed via email. To discuss such concerns, please call the surgery and schedule an appointment. Any emails containing clinical queries will be deleted.
Change of Personal Details

Please promptly inform us of any changes to your personal information, such as address, name or phone number. You can do that by calling the surgery or downloading and completing a form found here.
Telephone Recordings

All telephone calls to and from the surgery are recorded for quality assurance and staff training purposes.
The recordings are securely stored on a system provided by Silvercloud for a period of 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted. These recordings are safeguarded by the company’s Data Protection Policy, ensuring full compliance with GDPR legislation.

Suggestions and Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our Practice. We welcome any feedback and comments about our services and care of our patients. Nevertheless, we understand that things can go wrong, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If you find yourself in such a situation, we request that you reach out to our Practice Manager. They will address your concerns promptly and handle the matter in a fair and amicable manner. Alternatively you can ask one of our Receptionists for a copy of our Complaints Procedure.
