To schedule an appointment, kindly contact the surgery at 01387 257752. Our dedicated patient services team will request a brief description of your concern and guide you to the most suitable clinician for your needs.

Telephone GP appointments are available and these can be converted to face-to-face consultations if clinically indicated. You can prebook a telephone appointment with your usual GP or telephone on the day for a same day telephone appointment. There are a small number of face to face appointments available outwith the usual surgery hours for routine matters. These are offered at the discretion of your usual GP and and via the standard telephone triage process.

If you have an urgent matter that cannot wait for a consultation with your regular GP, we provide the option to speak with a member of our Ugent Care Team.

In the event of a life threatening emergency, please call 999 immediately.

Home visits are only for the truly housebound patients and at the discretion of the clinician. These often will be carried out by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or a Paramedic. Unless it is an emergency it must be requested by 10am. 

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact our cancellation line at 01387 245789.

By notifying us in advance, it allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of timely care. To change an appointment please call the surgery to discuss your options.
